Refund and Returns Policy

At GVC Tech Store, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in its original / purchased condition.
• All original accessories and packaging must be included.
• The product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage beyond delivered condition.

Used / Refurbished Devices

Used or refurbished products are tested before dispatch. Minor cosmetic wear may exist and is not considered a defect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Software or digital products.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products returned without original packaging.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If paid via Tabby or Tamara, refund adjustments will follow their installment policies.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and non repairable condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gvctechstore.com and send your item to our physical address.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
